I’m James Murray — a digital media producer, storyteller, and founder of Everything College Hockey (ECH), one of the largest and fastest-growing hockey media brands in the United States

Over the past several years, I’ve built ECH from the ground up into a leading voice in the college hockey space — creating original content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X that reaches millions of fans every month. I’ve led partnerships with major brands like CCM, Bauer, USHL, and BR Open Ice while overseeing a team of creators producing everything from long-form features and podcasts to social-first storytelling.

My work focuses on growing the game through authentic, engaging content — blending creativity, strategy, and community. Whether it’s producing behind-the-scenes series with NCAA programs, developing sponsorship campaigns, or managing social media strategy, I’m passionate about connecting fans to the sport and spotlighting the people who make hockey great.
